A'Ibom 2023 ADC Guber Candidate Nya-Etok Goes Spiritual

 



...initiates Scripture Champions League Club

The Akwa Ibom State 2023 Governorship Candidate of African Democratic Congress, ADC, Arc. Ezekiel Nya-Etok has gone spiritual to encourage the younger generation to study the bible as over 635  young people participated in the maiden edition of the Scripture Champions League on Saturday.



Speaking at the grand finale of the competition which was initiated to mark his 60th birthday anniversary, Arc. Ezekiel Nya-Etok said that the Scripture Champion s League is the bold Godly blueprint for a better up bringing of the young people to Foster a peaceful and crime free society.



In his words, "there is no life threatening challenge without the scripture offering solution. The Bible is like Automated Teller Machine,  ATM Card, the  verse is the pin. Whatever situations like sickness, prejudice,  emotional trauma the Scripture is acquitted to discharge such impeding difficulties."



"Each contestants quoted 20 and  above Scriptures. The Winner Master Philip  Wonderful Okon quoted 248 Scriptures  to emerged the winner whereas, Prince Wonder Okon the first runner up quoted 243 Scripture," Nya-Etok said.



The progenitor of Nya-Etok Scripture Champions League maintained that the competition will be in three levels of State Level, National Level and International Level. 


On his part, Bishop Emmanuel Etim, the Chairman Penticostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter, in his Goodwill Message applauded Arc. Ezekiel Nya-Etok for the gesture and congratulated the winners while charged them to keep up.  The Clergy noted that the League will also help parents in shaping their mental reasoning for societal behavioral acceptability.


Bishop Etim described Arc. Ezekiel Nya-Etok as an epitome of critical visionary and strategic thinker to stem Nya-Etok Scripture Champion League with millions of naira cheques reward as it unprecedented, adding that the initiative will promote godliness and moral wellbeing among the young people
