Court Ruling Deepens PDP Leadership Tensions

In a development that underscores the intensifying power struggle within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), a Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a ruling barring the Makinde–Iniemeobong–Kabiru Turaki-led faction from accessing the party’s national secretariat. For many within the PDP, the ruling is more than a legal decision — it is a defining moment that could shape the future direction of the party, intensifying internal divisions while raising fresh questions about unity, loyalty, and the road ahead.
