2027: “God Has Revealed 20 Future Governors,” Says Prophet Ekong Ituen

As political conversations around the 2027 governorship elections gather momentum across Nigeria, a prominent cleric, Prophet Ekong Ituen, has stirred fresh debate with a bold spiritual declaration — claiming divine insight into the outcome of several key races.

Speaking with a tone of conviction and urgency, the prophet revealed that God has shown him the names of 20 individuals who will emerge victorious in their respective states. While he did not disclose the identities, his message carried a strong appeal for calm, unity, and spiritual reflection among Nigerians.

He cautioned citizens against inflammatory statements capable of deepening divisions in an already sensitive political climate. According to him, power ultimately rests in the hands of God, who alone determines the destiny of leaders and nations.

“Whatever anyone becomes in life is exclusively in the hands of God,” he stressed, urging Nigerians to embrace humility and restraint as the political season approaches.

Prophet Ituen further encouraged individuals to seek spiritual guidance, advising Nigerians to align themselves with what he described as “true prophets” in order to understand and walk in line with divine purpose. He emphasized the supremacy of the spiritual over the physical, anchoring his message on scriptural authority.

Quoting from the Bible, he referenced Amos 3:7 — “Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets” — as well as Isaiah 46:10, which speaks of God’s foreknowledge from beginning to end.

His remarks come at a time when political permutations, alliances, and ambitions are beginning to shape the national discourse ahead of 2027, adding a spiritual dimension to an already dynamic landscape.
