Betrayal looms as Prophet Ituen Warns Uzodinma: Pray Against Wike’s Political Onslaught, Reassess Your Allies
Prophet Ekong Ituen has urged the Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma, to intensify prayers and remain vigilant against what he described as an impending political onslaught that could pose a serious challenge to the governor’s efforts to install a successor.
In a message dated September 17, 2026, the cleric said his earlier warning concerning the political activities of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, should not be taken lightly.
According to Prophet Ituen, the political atmosphere ahead of the 2027 elections could present unexpected twists, urging Governor Uzodinma to carefully reassess the people within his political circle.
“In my revelation, I saw Senator Sam Anyanwu reflecting as the strongest contender that could spring a surprise,” Prophet Ituen stated.
The prophet also cautioned the governor to examine his political relationships and alliances, alleging that some individuals within his camp could be maintaining relationships with political opponents.
“I urge you to re-examine your political confidants and allies to avert impending political sabotage and surprise, because majority of them are dining with your political enemies,” he said.
The warning comes against the backdrop of the political calculations surrounding the 2027 elections, with succession, party structures and alliances expected to play significant roles in shaping the contest in Imo State.
While the statements remain the prophetic assessment of Prophet Ituen, they have added another dimension to the political conversation in the state, where the battle for influence and succession is expected to generate heightened political activity as the 2027 elections draw closer.
