Many people in this world are gift and pencil in the hand of the creator. This phenomena has been the quality of the immediate past Member, Ikot Ekpene/Obot Akara State Constituency in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. Rt. Hon. Nsikak Ekong.
His sterling performance has attracted a very unique names. One of it is 'Master'. Wherever he goes the name ring bell.
His constituents are happy with him for his generosity. In fact, no youths in Ikot Ikpong Uruk Uso in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area that Master have not touch.
Is it in education, economic empowerment, skills, manpower, among others.
Rt. Hon. Nsikak Ekong is a gift to Ikot Ekpene, Obot Akara and Essien Udim. The people from this trio Local Government Areas has one or two things to say about. He believed that no person should be hungry.
From observation, he has his Excellency, Governor of Kitchen.
He ensure that every person that enter to see him or went to see a friend who is in Master's house eat.
This hospitality prowess has lasted for years even when he is not government. Many were thinking that he will stop since he is not this or that.
He also have passion for God and to unite the clergies and Churches a least once in a year pray for peace in Uruk Uso and the state.
The aged people are not left out in his plans. He contributed to their well being.
Youths are not left out. Rt. Hon. Nsikak Ekong is more than mere say 'youths friendly leader'.
A popular maxim has it that action speak louder than words.
He single handedly hosted unity cup for decades.
He has turn boys to men. Many can stand on their to meet needs. He empowered many youths to be economic sources to others.
Like Napoleon always said 'I'll work harder'. Rt. Hon. Nsikak Ekong is an expression of this philosophy.
He a Parliamentarian per excellence, he is hardworking type. He is not lazy. He is not a part to 'black politics: politics of if not me no one else'. He is a servant leader with open policy.

And he should be encourage by all to represent Ikot Ekpene Federal Constituency come 2019.
