In the Bible, God gave Amos a vision of what was about to happen to the nation of Israel...

Amos was a man of God, a person whose life was devoted to serving the lord and his lifestyle reflected this devotion, thus, his  message impacted God's people throughout the centuries in Israel.

In Akwa Ibom State, God gave Amos a vision how how to change the narrative of journalism practice and to move it forward to the next phase.

For making the Union Big,  Strong and Reliable - I celebrate you.

For a deliberate, planned and sustained efforts to establish and maintain understanding between the Union and its Publics - I Celebrate You.


For your striking humility, shocking calmness and outspokenness- I Celebrate You.

For being a media trainer par excellence with incredible passion and zeal for the Profession - I Celebrate You.

I Celebrate a man whose committment to ethics and Professionalism remains unrivalled.

Thank you for remaining a source of encouragement through the years.

What is most remarkable is your enthusiasm to see other Journalists get better.

You are always quick to share opportunities especially with junior Colleagues,and this is not common.

As you begin another Journey on Earth, I pray God to continue to guide, lead and protect you in order to sustain your selfless Service to God and humanity.

Rev. Owen Ukafia enthrones Bishop of Uyo Cathedral By IFIOKABASI ABIA It was a moment of glamour and fanfare amid pump and pageantry as Rt. Rev. Owen Amos Ukafia was enthroned to administer and discharge service to the people of God, as the fourth Bishop of Uyo Diocese, Cathedral of All Saints. The enthronement service held March 23, 2024, at Cathedral of All Saints Uyo, Church of Nigeria , Anglican Communion.  Speaking at the enthronement service, The Primate of Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion , Most Rev.
