Credible sources have informed us that commissioners and others in the current PDP Government are reaching out to APC party members, hoping to remain politically relevant now that it’s clear that APC will remain the ruling party at the national level.

With national attention now on Akwa Ibom for the governorship election, most PDP members are deeply worried about the ability of the PDP state Government to win re-election. They also understand that with APC at the state level as well as national level, a loss would mean the end of their political career, which for many of them is what puts food on the table daily.
