Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, is set to extend his contract with the club, ESPN reports.
Mourinho, 54, initially signed a three-year deal with the option of an additional 12 months, when he replaced Louis van Gaal in 2016.
But the Red Devils are keen to keep him beyond his current deal for another three years until 2021.
It is believed Mourinho is willing to extend his stay at Old Trafford, with the terms of the new contract all but agreed and an announcement could be made as early as this week.
The former Chelsea and Real Madrid coach enjoyed a successful first season at United, winning the League Cup and the Europa League.
