Amotekun: Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB 1m support and the future

 Busy Brain
Now, the ambience seems to be blowing wind of tribalism, hatred, incitement and war. The security outfit that is meant to safeguard the people in South West region on a goodwill has now been polluted and diluted with rebellious gongs.

It appears like a reverie when the leader of IPOB,  Nnamdi Kanu pledges his full support for Operation Amotekun and promises to provide about 1million men while outside the country. Sometimes, I wonder where this man always put his sense whenever he meddles into the affairs of the country. If Nnamdi Kanu could adress President Muhammadu Buhari as Jubrin of Sudan and Atiku Abubakar as Cameroonian. Then anyone who thinks his 1million men support would bring  peace is a Marlian that has no manner.

Or what has  Operation Amotekun got to do with IPOB?  They are totally not alike in terms of vision, mission, and action. IPOB's mission is to pull out of the country, to go against the government  and declare Republic of Biafra while Operation Amotekun is premise on providing maximum security for the people in South West region, to support  national security agents, and enhance peaceful coexistence within South West region. Now, where are the similarities between Operation Amotekun and IPOB that made Nnamdi Kanu to pledge his support if not to destroy the  efforts and goodwill of South West leaders on Amotekun with secession idea.

His statement below shows that Nnamdi Kanu does not want anything like peace in Nigeria, he is only interested in exacerbating and complicating issues. He said:
" Regardless of the history of politics that may have existed between the East and the West in the past, we have sworn to work with this generation of Yoruba leadership with the likes of Pa Ayo Adebanjo, Yinka Odumakin, Femi Fani-Kayode and Omoleye Sowore at the helm.

“I will support this generation of Yorubas that setup Amotekun. IPOB will work with them. If they want one million men, I will give them to ensure this expansionism is stopped."

The above assertions from Nnamdi Kanu is nothing but to encourage tribalistic war and hatred  between regions and that is exactly what he wants to achieve  as a mission. To set the country on fire while away, to incite the South West against the North and uphold vendetta and venoms.

Before Nnamdi Kanu's 1million men support set to destroy Operation Amotekun, the South West Governors must be wary of someone who has nothing to lose than to gather us  firewood of war and watch the scene from Israel. Operation Amotekun and IPOB secessionists are on separate mission that can never be merged together. South West should beware of Nnamdi Kanu, he is a war crusader.
