AKHA 2019: I am still in the race —Otobong Bob

The House of Assembly aspirant for Nsit Ubium State Constituency Barr Otobong Bob has re-emphasized his interest to run for the seat of the law maker for Nsit Ubium State constituency after declaring that he is still in the race for the primaries election to scheduled to take place on August 2018.

Bob, an indigene of Ikot Ekwere Ubium, Nsit Ubium local government area, said in a statement from his media officer, accused the opposition of sponsoring false reports that he had been withdrawn from the contest.

He said that those selected opposition are scared of him being a new breed with the mind of bringing more developments to the area when elected on the platform of PDP, adding that the report was to distract him from offering his services to Nsit Ubium people.

”As for the House of Assembly ticket, the position of all the stakeholders of the party is that it was zoned to Ubium North and the elders having discovered the competency of Barr Otobong Bob endorsed him to represent Nsit Ubium, Barr Otobong Bob can never be withdrawn from the race.” He added
