AKHA SEAT 2019: NSIT CLAN ELDERS ENDORSES BARR. OTO-OBONG BOB FOR STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY

In less than twenty four hours after the Elders of Ubium South in Nsit Ubium local government area affirmed the candidature of Barr. Otobong Effiong Bob as their sole candidate to represent the people of Nsit Ubium on the floor of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly 2019, elders of Nsit clan which is another geopolitical zone in Local government also declared their total support for Barr. Otobong Bob.
The stakeholders of Nsit clan declared their own stand yesterday. The elders in their own sense of wisdom converged and give a nod to the political move of a young and vibrant lawmaker which according to them his knowledge and experience in the field of law is not demeaning.
In his speech, the leader of Nsit Caucus, His Excellency, Ambassador Sam Edem, stated that distinguished Senator Effiong Bob stood by Nsit person when an Nsit person was looking for a second term in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and also stood with Nsit people to produced the Chairman of Nsit Ubium Local Government Council adding that Nsit cannot afford not to stand with him today. Ambassador Eden described is as "one good turn deserves another".
Also speaking, the speaker, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Honestly. Barr. Onofiok Luke plaedged his total support to support the decision of the elders and to support Barr. Otobong Bob.
The speaker further described the visit as unprecedented.

On his part, the aspirant, Barr. Otobong Effiong Bob called for peaceful coexistence as according to him, " there will still be one Nsit Ubium after 2019".

Highlights of the occasion were the raising of Barr. Otobong Effiong Bob's hands by the leadership of Nsit Caucus and a prayer for his success during the primaries and at the polls proper.
