Etetim Onuk on Tuesday flagged off another phase of road grading excercise in Itu Local Government Area with the grading of AEC works road, Ekit Itam 2. Addressing newsmen shortly after the flag-off, the Council Boss stated that the road grading excercise would improve transportation between communities and also ease rural-urban trade. He posited that having motorable access roads in rural areas remain a major avenue to boost socio-economic development. Sir Emem Akpabio, who sympathised with the people, donated food items to them as palliatives during a visit to the IDP camp in Ikot Ekpene.
