The Akwa Ibom State Coordinator of Buhari Friends Organization Network (BFON), Comrade Michael Iseyen who happens to be an elder of his party in Nkari Ward 4, described the purported list of Ini Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) defection to the sinking People's Democratic Party (PDP) as fruitless effort and list emanated from the pit of hell by agents of darkness.
Speaking in a telephone interview with our Correspondence, Comrade Iseyen however stated that neither Daniel Okon Nneke the self acclaimed chapter executive chairman, nor himself have ever been in the chapter exco of the APC in the local government area. He further narrated that for his name to be included in the list is the handwork of those who perceived defeats and however sought for means to confuse the teaming populace.
In another development, a Chieftain of the APC in Itak Ikot Obise, Ward 8, Mr. Okon Akpan Michael also described the list as a means of robbing the state governor, considering his desperation of disbursing monies to scammers who sat in their comfort zones to manufacture list of ghost defectors only to get money.
Going by the ways the PDP is operating in the local government area, it is an undisputed fact that the sudden defection of the PDP midfielder, Dr. Godwin Udo Udo, the political mentor of Ini is the cause of the whole nightmare to the opposition camp.
Meanwhile, he however emphasized that the cause of this madness as accepted and embraced without rigors to have sought to undergo personnel audit is something he cannot apprehend.
Of the whole, Mr. Kenneth Bassey, a frontline chieftain of the party from Odoro Ikono Ward 6, condemned this scenario insisted it amount to criminality. Added that such myopic politics does not hold water, while he reassured his party of total commitment to empty Pdp before the general elections come next year.
On the contrary, the purported list as fabricated by some political monsters seems fake in it entirety considering the reaction so far by those reached on phone who bitterly lampoons the act of those faceless criminals that master minded the ghost list.
The bottom line is that the incumbent Chapter Chairman of the APC in Ini Comrade Itoro Efrenie had confirmed that no skin scratch ever occurred to the party structure at both Local Government and Ward levels. Says the antics seem so low unlike a suppose party who is to be hitting polity rather than result to self help.
