As the Political momentum begin to gather, the All Progressive Congress, APC Governorship Standard bearer of Akwa Ibom State, Obong Nsima Ekere has presented his manisfestoe aka as 'the New Vision for our collective prosperity'.

Presenting the blueprint today at Uyo, Ekere revealed it and tagged 'the pillars of change: Economic prosperity, Infrastructure and Rural Development, Education, Health and Social Protection, Security, Governance and Institutional Reforms'. 

Obong Nsima Ekere lamented how Gov. Udom Emmuanuel allowed Akwa Ibom State people oriented projects to the state of decaying like the Ibom Hotels and Golf Resort, e-library, Ibom Tropicana, Four point by Sharaton, Ibom Specialist Hospital among others.

He stated that he was compassionate about the people of Akwa Ibom State and their welfare.
Adding that every day he thinks about the plights of the people as such, failure is not an option for the poor performance.

The Chairman, APC, Akwa Ibom State Chapter, Obong Ini Okopido in his remarked said that, the party has no other duties than to install all of the party's candidates at various positions across the 31 LGAs.

The Chairman, APC State Caucus, Atuekong Don Etiebet said that money must be in Akwa Ibom State for the people as a medium of exchange. Noting that 'we are in for a new era.
