EKON PROMISES MORE JOBS AND SKILLFUL TRAININGS FOR YOUTHS

...EMMAN EKON  WELCOMES ABAK PEOPLE INTO 2O19 WITH THOUSANDS OF  BAGS OF RICE, COWS AND MILLIONS OF CASH.


The Member Representing the good people of Abak , Etimekpo, Ika federal constituency in the national assembly, and chairman house committee on local contents, very  Rt Hon. Emman Ekon gladly demonstrated his love and concern for the well being of Abak elders, women and youths in a grand philanthropic splash . The occasion which took place at Abak recreation ground on Friday 4th January, 2O19 had all the who is who in Abak federal constituency politics in attendance, including former commissioners,special advisers, former chapter and chairmen of councils, former national and state house of assembly members, APC chapter and ward chairmen ,  clergies as well as people from all works of life.

 Addressing the mammoth crowd Rt Hon Ekon said he was grateful to God for the gift of life to his constituents till 2O19. He thanked the elders, women , youths and all his teaming supporters for standing firm with him and for promising to return him to the green chambers through the polls  on Saturday 16th February 2O19. The chairman House committee on local content promised to do more for the people through people oriented projects, scholarships for eligible students, job opportunities and more skillful trainings for youths of the constituency.

Former deputy speaker, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Hon Uwem Udoma thanked Rt Hon Ekon for his philanthropic gesture and concern for the people of Abak. He urged the people to support  Ekon in his third term race to the green chambers.

Addressing the people, the former commissioner for special duties Hon Barr Joe Ukpong, now the political leader of APC in Abak, admonished the good people of Abak to cooperate with their brothers from Etimekpo and Ika local government areas and return Rt Hon Emman Ekon to the green chambers in the spirit of brotherliness, good sportsmanship and for the sake of unity of the federal constituency.

It was a jolly joyous new year splash for the APC family in Abak as each unit in all the eleven wards of the APC(each ward has 9 -12 units) went home with not less than thirty bags of rice and good cash , compared to the number two man in the state, in Abak who gave the whole of Abak only ten bags of rice and 5Ok.
