SENATOR AKPABIO'S CRIMES AGAINST UDOM.

Senator Godswill Akpabio is, unarguably, the most dreaded enemy to the camp of the state governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel.

He has been so attacked, abused and lied against by the governor and his agents.

What crimes has the Distinguished senator committed his estranged godson and successor to warrant the kind of vicious and malicious war of attrition waged against him by the governor and his agents?

1. He brought Udom Emmanuel from nowhere and made him governor of the state.

It is noteworthy that as at 2013 when he made him SSG, he didn't have any political ambition, nor belong to any political party. He didn't even have PVC.

Senator Akpabio bulldozed everybody and everything and made him governor and by so doing, attracted to himself so many enemies.

96 % of political actors that supported Udom Emmanuel were coerced, persuaded and paid into doing so by Senator Akpabio.

That's the first crime Senator Godswill Akpabio committed against Udom Emmanuel.

2. By exercising his constitutionally guaranteed freedom of association and assembly, by joining a political party of his choice, Senator Godswill Akpabio has committed an unpardonable crime against the governor and Akwa Ibom State government. Quiting PDP and withdrawing his support from Udom Emmanuel is a very grievous offence.

3 . By saying the government he installed has failed, the Distinguished senator committed an offence against the state government and his party. He had no right to speak out against the ineptitude of the government.

For committing these crimes against the state governor, Senator Godswill Akpabio must plead guilty and tender unreserved apologies to the governor.

Obong Iniobong John,
State Chairman,
APC NATIONAL YOUTH CAUCUS.
